Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup jimmy''s salsa drain excess juices (see jimmy's salsa recipe)
  • 1 tbsp. salt

Directions:

  1. Using a fork lightly mash the avocadoes against the side of a medium glass bowl being carefull not to over kill or it will become baby food. You want to have some bite size pieces still in tack. Squeeze in lemon; add salsa & salt then stir.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1/2 hour.
  3. You may need to alter the amount of Salsa depending on the size of the Avacados
