Ingredients:

  • 1/2 large tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp chives
  • 1 pinch of sea salt (fleur de sel if you can get it)

Directions:

  1. Arrange slices of avocado and tomato on a plate. Sprinkle with chives, lemon juice, and coarse salt.
  2. Serves one.
