Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and de-pit avocados. Place avocado flesh in large bowl.
  2. Add cream cheese, lime juice, hot sauce and salt.
  3. Mix together with large spoon.
  4. Last, add tomatoes and stir once more.
  5. Cover and chill 20 minutes.
  6. The longer the avocados stay open to air the more ripe they become. They are best made fresh, as the dip will start to brown in 2 hours, even in the frig.
  7. You can add or subtract salt, hot sauce, lime juice, tomatoes, and cream cheese to your taste.
