Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in large skillit.
  2. Rough chop the onion and garlic.
  3. Add to heated skillet, cook until soft on medium low heat.
  4. Add S/P to taste.
  5. Cube steak, and add to skillet.
  6. Add tomatoes and zuccini.
  7. Simmer 20 minutes.
  8. Add you favorite italian shaker cheese.
  9. ENJOY!
