Ingredients:

  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Grate the tomatoes with a coars grater.
  2. Grate the garlic with a fine grater.
  3. Add pepper, salt and oil.
  4. Serve.
