Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes peel & cube.
  2. Chop onion.
  3. Heat oil until hot.
  4. Add potatoes & onion.
  5. Add salt & pepper ( I use lots of ground black pepper).
  6. Stir until well coated.
  7. Fry over med heat until tender.
