  1. Heat 2 tsp butter in skillet.
  2. Add onion and fry until soft.
  3. Remove.
  4. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet.
  5. Add potatoes.
  6. Fry on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  7. Turn down heat.
  8. Add cooked onion and leftover meat of your choice.
  9. Heat until warmed through.
