Ingredients:

  • 1 gallon apple cider
  • 2 cinnamin sticks

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut up potato
  2. Add cider to cover
  3. Add cinnamin sticks
  4. Bring to a boil and simmer until potatoes are very soft
  5. Remove sticks
  6. Mash until smooth
