Ingredients:

  • 4 -5 medium potatoes
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
  • 1/2 cup corn (optional)
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube potatoes.
  2. Chop bacon and fry it.
  3. Chop onion and other veggies if desired.
  4. Put potatoes, bacon, onion, & veggies in large pot; cover with water.
  5. Cook until fork tender.
  6. Add butter and milk.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Salt and pepper.
  9. Enjoy.
