  1. Preheat oven 350, brown turkey in skillet over medium heat for 5 mins, add onion and garlic sautee 5 more mins, add taco sauce, refried beans, olives, rotel simmer on low 15 minutes.
  2. In a 3 quart casserole dish add thin layer of meat mixture, put 2 overlapping tortillas over meat mixture, add a layer of meat mixture, cheese, and tortillas until gone, leave the top for remaining meat mixture and sprinkle cheese, bake unconvered 20 mins or until cheese is bubbly.
