  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees:
  2. Brown ground Turkey with onion and Garlic; add Rotel tomatoes, Velveeta, black olives and cilantro to ground turkey and stir to let Velveeta melt, remove from heat. Heat refried Beans.
  3. In a round baking dish, starting with a tortilla; layer tortilla, refried beans, meat mixture and cheese, repeat 4-5 layers ending with meat and cheese.
  4. Bake in oven for 20 min. or until warmed thru and cheese melts.
  5. Serve with Old El Paso Thick and Chunky Salsa and chips.
  6. You can add 1-2 chopped jalapenos for alittle kick.
