Mary's Tomato Meat Loaf

Ingredients:

  • 7 1/2 oz tomato sauce (reserve 1/4 cup )
  • 3/4 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. When you have 30 min left on the timer spread the tomato sauce on top and finish baking.
