Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Add the vegetable oil to milk.
  2. In large bowl, mix together all dry ingredients.
  3. Add the milk/oil mixture and eggs.
  4. Mix and cook on hot griddle.
