Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In one mixing bowl combine sifted coconut flour, salt, and baking soda.
  2. In another mixing bowl, combine the eggs, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, coconut extract.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix well but don't over mix.
  4. Add shredded coconut and mix together.
  5. Use a well oiled muffin tin and fill each one. Should make a dozen.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-22 minutes.
  7. Cool and enjoy. Can be frozen.
