Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook bacon on medium heat 5 minutes or until crisp. Remove to a paper towel to drain and discard bacon drippings.
  2. Add chicken to skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done(juices run clear). Remove chicken from skillet and cover to keep warm.
  3. Crumble bacon and add to skillet with potatoes. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Place chicken over potatoes; top with cheese; cover and cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
