Whole Wheat Muffins With Dates And Raisins

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Next combine wet ingredients in a bowl
  3. And then mix well with dry ingredients.
  4. Pour into prepared muffin pans
  5. And bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
