Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup water
1/4 cup chopped dates
1/4 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl.
2. Next combine wet ingredients in a bowl
3. and then mix well with dry ingredients.
4. Pour into prepared muffin pans
5. and bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
