Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine picante sauce, peanut butter, honey, orange juice, soy sauce and ginger in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook, stirring over low heat until mixture is smooth.
  3. Add 1/4 cup of the sauce to ham.
  4. Toss remaining sauce with hot cooked pasta.
  5. Toss pasta with ham, peanuts and bell pepper strips.
  6. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
