Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Alternate potatoes, onions and pats of butter in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix together just enough milk with the flour to make a paste.
  3. When mixed gradually add remaining milk to flour then pour over potatoes and onions.
  4. Top with strips of cheese and bake uncovered at 400 for 45 minutes.
