Ingredients:

  • 5 thinly sliced potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish layer potatoes and onions. In medium saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour, cook until foamy. Gradually stir in chicken broth and mayonnaise. Cook until sauce bubbles and thickens. Season w/ salt and pepper and pour over potatoes and onions. Sprinle generously with paprika.
  2. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
