Directions:

  1. Sauté onion and celery in butter in a skillet until tender. Stir in potatoes, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, marjoram, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash of pepper.
  2. Place stuffing on one half of sparerib slab. Fold remaining half over stuffing; secure with wooden picks. Sprinkle spareribs with remaining salt and pepper. Bake at 450°, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°; pour water around spareribs . Cover; bake for 1 hour or until tender. Remove wooden picks. Cut into serving size pieces.
