Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut chops in to 1 inch pieces.
  2. Add all ingredients to big pot cover with water bring to a boil.
  3. Simmer 1 hour.
  4. Do not stir.
  5. When it's done add cornstarch to some water stir, add to stew stir being careful not to break up potatoes.
  6. Cook 1 more min.
  7. Serve with cornbread.
