Ingredients:

Directions:

  3. Arrange on four plates with the salad leaves and the walnuts.
  4. Drizzle with the warm stilton dressing.
  5. For A Change:.
  6. Replace stilton with 75g dolcelatte.
  7. And the walnuts with 25g toasted hazelnuts.
