Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 4 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and put over med-low heat
  2. Cook diced mushrooms for 3-5 minutes
  3. Mix up egg and water and then pour over mushrooms
  4. Cook to your liking.
