Ingredients:

  • 1 chipotle stock cube
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 splashes cooking sherry

Directions:

  1. 1. place the mushrooms, stock cube and cilantro and water in a pan and saute and when the water is absorbed add couple of splashes of sherry and saute until done
