Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs

Directions:

  1. Hard cook 8 of the eggs. Take the shell off.
  2. Divide turkey sausage into 8 portions. Shape each portion into a 4 inch round patty. Wrap each patty around 1 hard cooked egg, covering egg completely.
  3. In a small bowl beat the remaining eggs. Roll each sausage wrapped egg in the beaten eggs, then roll in crushed crackers.
  4. Arrange eggs in a shallow baking pan. Bake in a 375 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink.
  5. Serve warm or cold with chili sauce.
