Lennie and Donna's Souper Rice Curry

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long grain rice
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • water , to equal 2 cups
  • 1 tbsp curry powder

Directions:

  1. Pour undiluted soup into a measuring cup (mine came out to be just under 1 cup) add water to the soup to make 2 cups.
  2. Pour onto rice.
  3. Add curry powder; mix.
  4. Cook according to rice package instructions.
  5. Add more water if needed.
