Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small skillet, place a bit of water and cook the mushrooms and onions until tender. Add the Marsala sauce and butter and cook approximately 8 minutes until most of the alcohol is released. (Smelling/tasting the sauce will help determine if a large portion of alcohol is still present.
  2. In a blender or food processor, process Irish Oats and Seeds until a coarse powder develops. Set aside. Add Kidney Beans and Tomato Juice to blender and mix until pureed. Combine dry mixture with bean mixture and Rice Cereal. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Add Olive Oil to skillet. Shape batter into 7 patties and cook approximately 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through the center. Put on bread and cover with Marsala sauce.
