Ingredients:

  • 1 (19 oz) can chickpeas
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • 3/4 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Drain & rinse chickpeas, reserving 1 T liquid
  2. Put all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.
