Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt (a little less than an 1/8 of a tsp)
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. For the bars:.
  2. Preaheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  3. Lightly grease and flour 9x13 baking pan.
  4. Mix oil, honey, egg and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
  5. In separate bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, pecans, salt and baking soda.
  6. Mix dry ingredients into moist.
  7. Put into baking pan.
  8. Bake 15-20 minutes.
  9. Icing:.
  10. Combine all ingredients and pour over hot bars fresh out of the oven.
