Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 0.5 (15 oz) can pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Mix everything in a bowl and fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
