Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Cream together oil, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Add eggs, blend well.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda.
  4. Blend in flour and apples.
  5. Pour into a 9x13 pan or two 8x8 pans.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
