  1. Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned
  2. Drain fat
  3. Add beans, tomatoes and liquid, beef broth, and chili powder
  4. Bring to boil
  5. Lower heat and stir in pasta
  6. Simmer until pasta is done
  7. Garnish with cheese
