Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, over med heat, cook beef, onion and garlic until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally
  2. To break up meat; drain.
  3. Add beans, salsa, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
  4. Cover; simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionallly.
  5. Serve topped with cheese if desired.
