Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash potatoes and rub with oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until soft when pierced with a fork.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet until beef is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well. Add next 5 ingredients; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until thickened.
  3. Split tops of potatoes lengthwise and fluff pulp with a fork. Spoon topping over potatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
