  1. FOR THE CREAM SAUCE:.
  2. Place the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until smooth, adding soy milk or nonfat milk to desired consistency and stevia to taste. . Keeps well in the refrigerator. Delicious over baked or poached fruit and other desserts.
  3. FOR THE BLUEBERRY COBBLER:.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F Pour the blueberries and chunks of apple into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
  5. In the blender, chop the almonds, oatmeal, and cinnamon and set aside.
  6. Mix the water, stevia, vanilla, and tapioca and stir into the berries and apples until well mixed. Sprinkle with the dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool. Serve either warm or cold with Cream Sauce. Serves 8.
