Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
  2. Blend together applesauce, vanilla and sugars.
  3. Combine the flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. Alternating with the milk, add the dry ingredients to the apple mixture, a little a time, stirring to blend.
  5. Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheets and bake until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Once done, remove and place on cooling rack until suitable for consumption.
