Ingredients:

  • 6 lbs chicken wings , mini
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Blend together all ingredients except chicken.
  2. Add chicken and marinate at least 24 hours.
  3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn once half way thru cooking.
