Good appetizer for parties. A friend gave me this recipe years ago at a superbowl party.
Ingredients:
6 lbs chicken wings, mini
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Blend together all ingredients except chicken.
2. Add chicken and marinate at least 24 hours.
3. Bake at 325 for 1 hour, turn once half way thru cooking.
