Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, melted butter and chopped pecans.
  3. Pat down thin on a large cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. WHILE HOT, crumble and spread half of the baked mixture on a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  6. Drizzle about 1 cup of caramel sauce over crumbs.
  7. Spread the softened ice cream over the top.
  8. Then sprinkle the remaining crumbs over the ice cream.
  9. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  10. Freeze until very firm (about 5 hours).
