Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Lightly butter 10-inch cast iron skillet.
  2. In bowl, rub 3 tablespoons butter into flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and nutmeg, using fingers.
  3. Mixture should be crumbly.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Combine peaches, raspberries, granulated sugar and cornstarch.
  6. Pour into prepared skillet.
  7. Sprinkle oatmeal topping evenly over peach mixture.
  8. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
  9. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
