Butter Brickle Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp butter flavor extract
  • 3/4 cup toffee pieces

Directions:

  1. In a medium sacepan, combine half & half, brown sugar, and butter.
  2. Stir constantly over low heat.
  3. When mixture becomes bubbly around the edges of the pan, remove from heat.
  4. Chill this mixture along with the bowl of your ice cream freezer.
  5. Before freezing, add whipping cream and both extracts, mix well.
  6. Freeze according to your ice cream maker directions.
  7. Add toffee bits after freezing process.
