  1. In a bowl add broccoli, cauliflower, Italian Dressing, tarragon, and pepper. Mix well and let sit in refrigerator for at least one-half hour. The special ingredient which is the Italian Dressing mixesand coats well with this dish. The tarragon gives it a sweet taste.
