The frozen pack i used stated that the veggies cooked for 6 minutes in boiling water. So I’m going to guess that it’s a safe bet to cook it in the pot of salted boiling water for 6 minutes or until lightly cooked but still firm or even crispy. (personally, I prefer this salad crispy)
Drain and leave to cool down.
Once cooled to room temp you can add the olive oil, salt to taste and lemon juice
Mix well and add freshly ground pepper to taste
Leave to absorb flavors while cooking the rest of your meal. Can keep in fridge
