Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 slices of ham
  • dash of salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs
  2. Add milk, chopped onion and garlic
  3. Diced up ham and mix
  4. And hashbrowns and mix
  5. Place into greased casserole dish
  6. Bake uncovered for about 40 minutes at 325, check when 30 minutes have passed.Since every oven cooks differently
  7. Remove and let stand 15 minutes
