Beef and Spinach Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Remove excess water from spinach and chop.
  3. Heat oil in large pan.
  4. Add onion and cook until soft, stirring often.
  5. Add ground beef and cook until well browned, stirring often.
  6. Add mushrooms,cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring often.
  7. Remove from heat, drain all fat from pan.
  8. Add spinach, sour cream, oregano, thyme, and half of each cheese. Stirring well after each addition.
  9. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  11. Bake for 25 minutes.
