Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place potato chunks in medium mixing bowl.
  3. In a measuring cup stir together oil and spices then pour over potatoes and stir with a wooden spoon to coat all the potatoes.
  4. Transfer potatoes to a rectangular baking dish and bake uncovered for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
