Avocado With Curried Chicken

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, apples, garlic and curry powder in butter until onion is crisp-tender.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Gradually add cream and broth.
  4. Cook and stir until sauce boils 1 minutes.
  5. Add salt, peper and chicken.
  6. Cook overl ow heat 10 minutes.
  7. Arrange avocado halves on rice in oven-proof serving dish.
  8. Heat in 350º oven for 5 minutes, just to heat avocado. (This can be skipped if you want the avocado room temp).
  9. Spoon chicken over avocado halves.
  10. Top with any toppings of your choice.
