Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add shrimp, onion and garlic.
  3. Saute for 5 minutes or until shrimp is almost tender.
  4. Stir in mushrooms, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce.
  5. Stir constantly for 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in flour, seasoned salt and pepper.
  8. Add sour cream, stirring until well blended.
  9. Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until heated (do not boil).
  10. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately over cooked rice or pasta.
