Artichokes Mushrooms And Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions, saute till translucent.
  3. Add mushrooms and garlic
  4. Cook till mushrooms release their liquid
  5. Add spinach & Worchestershire sauce
  6. Cook till spinach loses its bright green color
  7. Stir in artichokes
  8. Add cream cheese, half & half, salt & pepper
  9. Cook till cream cheese has melted
  10. Stir in bread crumbs and tabasco
  11. Pour into a casserole dish
  12. Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese
  13. Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown
